Services
Built for a volatile transition.
Seven services that work on their own or together. Each one covers a different part of the same goal: a safe haven that holds up physically, ecologically, financially, socially and legally.
Political & climate risk advisory
We start by understanding what you need to protect, and from what. The assessment covers all five dimensions of safety, so blind spots show up early, before they get expensive.
What you get
- A five-dimension risk profile for your household, business or community
- Scenarios for the 2026–2030 transition: climate repricing, inflation, regulatory change and geopolitical shifts
- A hazard check of your current location: flood, fire, heat, industrial sites and pipelines
- A prioritised roadmap, with quick wins as well as long-term moves
- An opportunity scan that shows where risk opens room for new value
Safe haven location strategy
Where you build matters as much as what you build. We screen regions and sites for everyday quality of life as well as resilience in a crisis.
Eight criteria we weigh
- Climate stability
- Water security
- Soil & food capacity
- Energy self-sufficiency
- Social cohesion
- Governance & property rights
- Access to essential services
- Privacy & regulatory climate
A good haven is quiet, but not cut off. It sits well away from crowded metropolitan areas, yet within reach of a city for specialist medical care, supplies and logistics.
What you get
- A regional shortlist with transparent scoring
- Pre-purchase due diligence and on-site evaluation, coordinated with local specialists
- A review of local hazards, such as storms, wildfire or flooding, and how to design for them
- Guidance on second-base and multi-jurisdiction options, together with legal partners
Development & build coordination
Once you have the land, the job is to build in the right order, to the right standard and with the right partners. We plan in phases, so every step adds real protection, even if conditions change halfway through.
Match the build to the threat
Factory-built and standardised, so they install quickly at a predictable cost.
Designed and built for the specific site, for longer stays and higher threat levels.
Closed-loop living systems
- Rainwater harvesting, groundwater and water treatment
- Off-grid solar, battery storage and backup generation
- High-yield food production, from intensive gardens to regenerative farming and indoor growing
- Discreet design that blends in, with strict confidentiality around plans
Research on intensive homestead growing suggests a household can produce around half of its calories on an area the size of three parking spaces, with less than an hour of work a day.
Discuss your projectFinancial resilience
A safe haven is also a financial position. We help you build one that stays solvent and liquid when markets, currencies or credit come under stress.
Our principles
- Liquidity first: reserves you can actually reach in a crisis
- Low or zero debt, so a credit freeze doesn't become your crisis
- Considered exposure to real, tangible assets
- Diversification across asset types, currencies and jurisdictions
- Checking "safe haven" labels against how assets really behaved under stress
Labels can mislead. Some funds sold as low-risk "absolute return" products have fallen in recent market cycles, and even the Japanese yen, long seen as a safe-haven currency, has lost value in periods of stress. We look at the evidence, not the label. We don't provide regulated investment advice; where that is needed, we involve licensed professionals.
Discuss financial resilienceCommunity & governance design
The strongest havens are communities, not compounds. We help intentional communities, neighbourhoods and municipalities build the ties and structures that hold people together under pressure.
What we work on
- Social capital mapping: bonding, bridging and linking ties
- Social infrastructure: the markets, cafés, libraries and halls where trust is built every day
- Polycentric governance: decisions spread across several local centres, so the system keeps working when one part fails
- Participatory planning and open risk communication for local projects
- Legal structures for holding land and shared assets together, set up with qualified legal partners
Supply chain localisation
Global supply chains are efficient, until they aren't. We help enterprises reduce their dependence on fragile long-distance logistics, and find the opportunities in doing so.
What we work on
- Mapping critical dependencies and single points of failure
- Localising sourcing and production where it makes sense
- Circular "return supply" loops that recover materials and value
- Frugal resource engineering: doing more with less energy and material

FAQ
Good questions
Is this about building bunkers?
Only where it really fits. Physical protection matters, but research shows that isolation wears down the skills and support people need most. We look at all five dimensions of safety, and we usually recommend a connected haven over a sealed one.
Who do you work with?
Families and individuals, entrepreneurs and antropreneurs, investors, and communities or organisations such as intentional communities, associations and municipalities.
Where do you work?
We are rooted in the Netherlands and work internationally, through a network of specialists in the regions our clients are interested in.
Do you give financial, legal or tax advice?
We give strategic guidance. For regulated financial, legal or tax advice, we bring in licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.
How do we get started?
Take the free Resilience Check for a first picture, then book a consultation. The first conversation is without obligation.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Discretion is part of the work. Every enquiry is treated confidentially, and plans for physical structures are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis.
